We have received a new shipment of the popular Roncesvalles Streetcar and Map designs in black, gray, navy blue and light purple of varying sizes.

We will be showing 25 images from Toronto’s graffiti scene over the years along with new works by CASE, SIGHT, UBER, AIR and CRUZ.

unCONTACT is photo exhibit mounted by two local photographers, Jan Normandale and Kathy Toth who have been documenting Toronto’s vibrant graffiti scene for the past 15 years. unCONTACT is a multimedia exhibit that attempts to recapture some of the rawness in a festival that has become increasing commercial and exclusive. Images featured in unCONTACT are from Jan and Kathy’s forthcoming two book series book on Toronto’s graffiti scene that has changed dramatically since the early 1990’s before graffiti and street art attained a level of commercial success and acceptance it has today. Alongside the 24 images on exhibit from the book will be new works by some of the featured artists in the book including Case, Sight, air and Uber as well as industrial photographs from a series that Kathy and Jan have been working on for 4 years. Show runs from May 1-14 at the FUNKTION gallery, 1244 Bloor St. West with opening night reception on May 1 @ 7pm onward.
